La propuesta plantea la inclusión de actividades antes de organizar las existentes, de esta manera se permite el aprovechamiento del Parque mientras se incorporan usos complementarios a los deportivos y recreativos. Estos nuevos usos se integraran por medio de estructuras que a modo de equipamiento podrán incorporar actividades de tipo cultural, educativo, artístico, comercial y administrativo con el fin de habilitar el Parque en diferentes horarios. Estas estructuras, edificios que se alzaran sobre el Parque, permitirán la continuidad de las actividades y el flujo de personas a lo largo del mismo.

Estos edificios se ubicaran sobre las plazas existentes (áreas adoquinadas intermedias) para minimizar el impacto sobre las zonas verdes y sobre los espacios deportivos. Tendrán una imagen unificada que los identificara como propios del Parque, su presencia permitirá establecer diferentes puntos de ingreso al mismo donde la gente podrá acceder a los edificios o atravesar el Parque de manera cubierta a través de una pasarela que, a modo muelle, establecerá una relación directa con el Humedal.

The project proposes the inclusion of activities before organizing the existing ones, in this way the use of the Park is allowed while incorporating uses complementary to sports and recreational ones. These new uses will be integrated by means of structures that, as equipment, may incorporate cultural, educational, artistic, commercial and administrative activities in order to enable the Park at different times. These structures, buildings that will rise above the Park, will allow the continuity of activities and the flow of people throughout it.

These buildings will be located on the existing squares (intermediate cobbled areas) to minimize the impact on the green areas and on the sports spaces. They will have a unified image that will identify them as belonging to the Park, their presence will allow to establish different entry points to the same where people can access the buildings or cross the Park in a covered way through a walkway that, as a dock, will establish a direct relationship with the Wetland.
